JOINING SAMURAI KARATE SCHOOL
 
 New students will be offered a Free two week class allowing to attend unlimited classes in that period.
 
We then require you to set up your Membership via direct debit using Clubright App. If you join via New Student offer your monthly fee will commence one month following your date of joining. The first payment may be adjusted to incorporate the current months training. All months referred to are calendar months.
All training options can be accessed via your our School ap.
Should your direct debit be refused by your bank for any reason, then any costs incurred by SKS will be payable by the student. An Administration fee of £10.00 per failed payment will also be charged. The payment process must then be completed again.
 
 
All SKS members are welcome to train at any SKS class suitable for their age and grade. Classes are booked from the class schedule in the School Ap. This complies with our professional standards and safe guiding policy as well as counts lesson attendance to qualify for grading invitations.
 
Charges for training, gradings, licences, etc are non-transferable and non-refundable.
 
Should you stop training or request to freeze your membership, it is your responsibility to contact SKS  in writing giving no less than 1 months notice to cancel/freeze your Direct Debit payment. Verbal notification will not be accepted.
 
Memberships should not be cancelled for holidays as our fees are set to allow for holiday periods. Any membership cancelled in this instance will terminate all registrations and require students to complete a new  Association registration upon return at £30.00 per student.
 
SKS Karate suits  must be worn at all gradings, bearing the SKS Badge.
Being a member of SKS automatically provides you with membership of the OSKA Uk (Orie-Do Samurai Karate Association UK) and BMABA ( British Martial Arts & Boxing Association). Your membership is renewed annually from your joining date @ £30
 
 
We are also members of AKA GB ( All Styles Karate Alliance GB) &
the WUKF (World Union of Karate-Do Federations). These two memberships are charged Annually in April at £9 per student
 
CLASS & GRADING ARRIVALS
Members who arrive late may not be accepted into the class.
Members who arrive late for gradings if the grading has started then you will not be able to come in.
All fees, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
 
Memberships can be terminated as a result of any breach of SKS Rules and code of conduct.
