The first session of Autum graduation programme took place at Thomas Clarkson Academey. A total of 25 students achived new grades at Grading September 2019. It was pleasing that 9 new students achieved their first grades. Tia Gardner gave a very good performance to gain a Credit pass at 12th Kyu.

Also in the Junior section Alfie Woodcock and Evie-Mae Russell were top performers gaining credit passes for 9th Kyu. Furthermore,  Taylor Barham was the top Junior performer of the day with an excellent Merit pass for 11th Kyu.

Grading September 2019

In the Adult section 8 students were successful in achieving 9th Kyu passes. This included 7 from our Ladies Group. The Skinny Nijas. This group of ladies really taken up the challenge that Karate offers. Not only that they have all made significant personal development over the past 9 months. Gaining in fitness, confidence, mobility and losing weight. They have also developed a positive mindset. As a result devloping a desire for learning and self improvement.

Karte does change lives and this is living proof.

A massive well done to everyone, including our fantatsic coaching team. In particular Andy Watson Sensei who has worked a lot with this group. Thanks also to our two excellent lady Coaches Senpai Celine Holliday and Senpai Susan Powell. Your contribution has been considerable.
