November Kyu Grading 2022

November Kyu grading 2022 took place at Marshland Hall Dojo. A total of 22 students successfully passed new grades. Their results are a reflection of the hard work and commitment during the previous 6 months. There was some excellent performances resulting in 10 Credit passes, 3 Merit passes. Everyone should be very proud of their achievements.

Strong performances in the junior section resulted Merit passes for, Hector Pulman 11th Kyu, Lewis Hubbard 9th Kyu, Effie Freeman 8th Kyu, Dimtar Sotirov 8th Kyu. In addition Tahlia Clovis achieved  a Merit 10th Kyu in her first grading.

The Adult section produced Credit  passes for Chris Wood 7th Kyu, Janis Vilkajs 9th Kyu and Sanita Rovica-Vilkaja 9th Kyu.

Include in todays session were 10 students taking their first ever grading. Resulting in a great start in the their Karate journey.

In conclusion the level of spirt and determination shown today was once again amazing.  There are some young Karate-Ka here that have excellent future potential. The effort as well as the focus was very strong. The effects of which were clearly obvious in the progress made from their previous gradings.

Everyone has worked so hard resulting in  these performances and progressions. To see the good foundations of Kihon has been so very pleasing.

A massive well done to everyone who attended this November Kyu Grading 2022.

  • 10th Kyu Pass :- Tristian Clovis Credit, Mary Clovis Credit, Gabriel Clovis Credit, Tahila Clovis Merit
  • 9th Kyu Pass:- Bailey Marshall Credit, Sanita Rovica-Vilkaja Credit,  Janis Vilkaja Credit,  Lewis Hubbard Merit,  Jack Taylor.
  • 8th Kyu Pass:-  Dimitar Sotirov Merit, Oliver Redding Credit, Caleb Burton  Credit, Effie Freeman Merit
  • 7th Kyu Pass:- Chris Wood Credit, Henry Wood
  • 6th Kyu Pass :- Joshua Wathan.
