Awarded to Janis.
Janis has demonstrated a great work ethic and spirit which has been evident in his achievements over the past year. Attaining the grade of 1st Kyu as well as continuing to improve and win medals in the competition zone. With both Team Samurai and the AKA National Squad.
Janis trains hard and consistently and is always keen to improve and want more. As well a being a great example to us all
Junior Student of the Year 2025
Awarded to Nate.
Nate has also demonstrated a great work ethic and spirit having made some excellent progress over the past year. achieving Distinction passes in gradings as well winning Gold medals in Kata competitions.
Nate also has a great desire to continually learn and grow and is a great example for the other junior students.
