Samurai Karate Kid Legends is a 4 week programme covering the basic fundamentals in our foundation training. Students will experience the structure and discipline of basic technique training in a fun and motivating environment.  For example how to build techniques in a safe and exciting way, along with learning the formal structure and etiquette of the Dojo

This will give them an essential grounding on which to build upon. Empowering their confidence and self belief.

2. WHY ?

Many classes will give you  a free lesson, although what can you really learn or assess in one lesson ?

A dedicated 4 week programme consisting of 8 lessons will give you a deeper insight of what is involved and also what you can achieve. During the programme you will fully experience and enjoy all aspects of Karate Kids training. As a result becoming excited and engaged wanting to learn more.

All in all rather than simply being entertained for one lesson, you will be fully engaged in a detailed introduction programme.   1. The structure and discipline of the Dojo, which reflects the respect and focus in our training.
  2. A basic kick , punch and block.
  3. The first 2 major stances
  4. How to move with energy and control
  5. The first basic Kata.
